Main objectives:

• Manage project scope and execute project progression up to the completion of the first validation campaign at industrial scale
• Manage documentation and communication for both Generic and Custom Contract Manufacturing projects
• Produce and maintain project plans, identify and ensure milestone delivery
• Coordinate and guide multifunctional project teams toward an effective and on time delivery
• Identify and manage criticalities-risks that might effect project delivery and set contingency plans
• Define critical path activities and manage project execution through its entire life cycle
• Identify and monitor project risks with development of effective risk response strategies
• Manage and coordinate customer technical relationships and streamline business relationships
• Interface with internal functions to ensure proper resource and skills allocation to projects
• Ensure project close-out with knowledge transfer and capturing of lessons learned
