(“Company”) is delighted to inform you that your personal data acquired through this contact form ("Form") will be processed in accordance with the applicable Privacy Rules (European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), hereinafter “Regulation”). 

 

1. DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is F.I.S. - Fabbrica Italiana Sintetici S.p.A. with registered office at Via Milano 26, Montecchio Maggiore, Vicenza – Italia (“Data Controller”).

 

2. CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

With the release of your consent, we collect personal and sensitive data when you voluntarily provide it to us through the completion of the Form.

In particular, the personal data could include name, surname, contacts, information on your company, as well as the contents of your specific enquiries or notices ("Data"). 

In order to allow us to process the enquiries you send us through the Form, you must consent to the processing of your personal data and provide at least the information marked with the asterisk (*);

Otherwise, the information requested in the fields not marked with an asterisk as well as your consent are optional.

The processing is carried out using digital and paper means, applying the security measures in accordance with the current legislation.

 

3. TREATMENT PURPOSE AND METHOD

Data are processed for the following purposes:

- manage your enquiries for information requested through the Website and the Form; the processing of your personal data is legally based on your consent (art. 6.1.(a) and 9.2.(a) of the Regulation)

By ticking the appropriate fields you consent to the processing for the above purposes. 

Data are stored into the company's information system in compliance with the Regulation, included security and confidentiality profiles and inspired to the principles of fairness, lawfulness and transparency of data processing.

All the data of the user are processed with paper and automated means suitable to ensure security and confidentiality.

 

4. ACCESS TO YOUR DATA 

The Data are accessible to the staff in charge of the Controller duly authorized to process the Data.

Data may be disclosed, even in non-EU countries ("Third Countries"), to: (i) institutions, authorities, public entities for their institutional purposes; (ii) third parties and suppliers that the Data Controller uses to provide services of commercial, professional and technical nature functional to the management of the Website and its functions (e.g. providers of IT services and Cloud Computing), to the pursuit of the purposes specified above and the services that you have requested; (iii) third parties in the event of mergers, acquisitions, sale of a business or going concern, audits or control organisms on the activities of the Company.

The Data may be disclosed, even in non-EU countries ("Third Countries"), to other companies belonging to the Group by which the Data Controller is a member, for the same purposes and/or for administrative-accounting purposes pursuant to art. 6.1(f) and Recital 48 of the Regulations.

These subjects will receive only the Data necessary for their functions and will undertake to use the Data only for the purposes indicated above and to process them in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

The Data may also be provided to the legitimate recipients under the law or regulation. Excluding the above, the Data are not shared with third parties, whether natural or legal persons, who do not perform any commercial, professional or technical function on behalf of the Data Controller and will not be disclosed. The subjects receiving the Data will treat them as Controllers, Processors or authorized processors, as the case may be, for the purposes indicated above and in compliance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

With regard to any transfer of Data to third countries, including countries that may not guarantee the same level of protection under the applicable Privacy Policy, the Data Controller hereby informs you that the data will be processed in accordance with the Regulation, such as, for example, your consent, the adoption of Standard Clauses approved by the European Commission, the selection of entities participating in international programs for the free exchange of data or operating in countries considered safe by the European Commission.


5. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

The Data will be stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected; in any case, the method used to determine this period shall be based in respect of the time limits allowed by the applicable laws and the principles of minimisation of processing, limitation of retention and rational management of the database.

 

6. RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You are entitled to: obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you exist; know the purposes of the processing and the methods, the recipients of such data, the period of storage; obtain rectification, modification and cancellation of personal data or, if applicable, restriction of the processing; object the processing; where applicable, receive in a format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to the Company and to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the Company; make a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Garante).

You are also entitled to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to the revocation of your consent.
